Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career at age 16, after she quit the sport of gymnastics. A year later, at the age of 17 she was awarded her professional card. This made her one of the most youthful IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had a break of six years from the stage after earning her professional license to continue the education. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she left off in previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious goals for herself each year. In 2009, four new fitness titles were added to her list. In addition, she was the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took a six-year break from competitive sports to complete her degree at college. She made a comeback in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the competition, she placed third. In the summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, which allowed her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she appeared on the stage at the Olympia, where she took 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing with some of the world's top athletes. Ariel is getting stronger every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine along with bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel gets the most out of the time she has. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to 4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
